AquaExplorer possess a wide range of analytical equipment and water treatment technologies. The following list will give you a glimpse of our total equipment-park.

Analysis:
  • A fully equipped laboratory for standard and special microbiological analyses. Laboratory operates under NEN-regulations. Also Advanced Image Analysis facilities available.
  • A fully equipped laboratory for analytical chemistry. Current line of equipment holds: GC, HPLC, LC/MS, AAS and capillary electrophoresis.
  • A fully equipped molecular biological laboratory where (quantitative) PCR, FISH, RFLP, BactoScope, AquaScope and DGGE analysis are performed by trained laboratory personnel.

  • Pilotplant facility (400 m2)
  • Full range of industrial filter-units from nano-filters and reversed osmosis to microfilter units. Sand bed and ceramic filterunits.
  • Hydrocyclones (range: 1 to 100 m3 per hour) modular upscaling possible.
  • Fermentors (1-20 liter)
  • Destillation/extraction facility.
  • Electrolysis and Ultra-Violet equipment for disinfection trials.
